Generate Affiliate Profits and Make Them Grow

After you’ve online for a while, you should have a diversified mix of products that you are promoting. That mix should include affiliate products, both standard and residual types, as well as your own product. Many people stumble when it comes to creating their own products, but that’s okay. If you can’t create your own product, it’s even more important that you focus on your affiliate income. Affiliate income is derived from the promotion of someone else’s products, and can be almost as profitable as having your own product. But if you don’t have your own product, you need generate affiliate profits and make them grow.

One of the best ways to do this is through your list of subscribers. On average, you can expect to earn about one dollar per month for each subscriber on your list. How is it possible?

Simply build a relationship with your subscribers by sending them top-notch information related to your niche on a regular basis. You should provide them with plenty of good quality reports and free gifts. That way, they will anxiously open your emails. And to be successful in this field, you need your subscribers to open your emails. About once each week, you can recommend specially selected affiliate products. Your affiliate program must meet the following criteria before you decide to promote it.

The product must provide exceptional value and have great customer service. Your subscriber’s won’t appreciate it if you recommend lousy over-priced crap. This is a sure way to destroy a list. Always recommend the highest quality items.

The sales page must do a phenomenal job of converting visitors into buyers. On average, about 1% of the people who visit a sales page will make a purchase. The items you promote should convert at that rate or higher.

The affiliate product must mesh well with your niche. People joined your list because they are interested in the topic your site targets. Make sure all of the products you promote are related to that topic.

And most importantly, RECOMMEND the product to your subscribers, never sell them. Over time, your subscribers have come to trust you; your emails should detail why you recommend a product and how it has helped you (or how it can benefit them).
