With so many affiliate products to choose from, how can you be sure that you are selecting products that will sell? Or even worse, what if the products that you have chosen is losing steam and sales are declining rapidly? One way that you can avoid this trap and find affiliate products that are selling well is to use software.
With over 10,000 affiliate products on ClickBank alone, your affiliate selections are critical to your profits. Choose a product with a point 2 conversion rate and you will make little or no money. On the other hand, find a gem that is converting at 2 or 3 percent and you could make a ton of cash! The question is; how do you find those gems?
There are probably hundreds of tolls and software that can help you choose which affiliate products to promote. Affiliates Alert is one of the products that I like. They have a free version that works great if you are just starting out and if you like it, you can upgrade to their paid program. Although it has many features, the one that I like the best is their product history.
Affiliates Alert provides a ranking of ClickBank products. It is a valuable resource that tells you how an affiliate product is doing, relative to its peers. Although it might seem obvious to sell just number one ranked products, these products have the most competition. Unless you are a very skilled affiliate marketer, you might find it difficult to compete using these products.
The feature that I like is the history screen. It provides you with a week by week ranking for a particular product. Using this feature, you can which products are getting more popular over time. This allows you to choose products that are growing.
