How Many Articles for Online Success?

How many articles do you need to write before you start to see meaningful results and achieve real online success? I hear that question a lot. The truth is, it depends on a number of factors. If your articles are interesting and engaging and have an enticing title, more people will read them. On that basis, you may begin to see some results after you’ve written 30 or so articles.

On the other hand, if your articles are boring and the titles are uninteresting, fewer people will read your work and it may take much longer to achieve any success. So, when writing your articles, make sure you provide good solid information. And most importantly, develop a great title.

The title represents the only advertising your article will ever get. Most article directories post a long list of titles when someone is searching on a particular subject. The object of your title is to entice people to click on YOUR article as opposed to all the others that are listed.

Of course, you can’t just have a great title without any meaningful content. If people read your article and see that it contains little real information, they will shun your future articles, even if the title is fantastic. So, provide good content along with a great title.

That brings us back to the question of how many articles do you need to write. You will begin to see moderate online success by the time you have written 250 articles. This may seem like a lot of writing, but after you have been writing for a while, you can easily write five articles a day.

And if you are really committed, you will begin to see significant online success once you have submitted 1000 articles. So why not set that as your goal. Write 10 articles in month 1, 30 in month 2, 60 in month 3, and 100 to 150 articles in each month after that. Using that schedule, you can have over 1000 articles written in less than a year. It may seem impossible now, but once you get a little article writing experience, it is not really that hard.
