How To Triple Your Article URL Clicks

Many of the large article directories provide statistics that detail the number of page views, URL clicks, and the number of times that your article was published in other websites. If you are submitting articles on a regular basis, you should check your article statistics at least once a month. By analyzing your article statistics, you can determine which articles and categories are performing the best. Then you can concentrate on writing more articles in those areas that are most successful for you and are generating the best response. Most writers make the mistake of ignoring this information.

If the goal for your articles is to have them published by webmasters, check the articles that were used most frequently for other websites. To do this, calculate the percentage that your article was published. Don’t just look for the article that has the highest publishing number. To calculate the percentage, divide the number of times published by the number of page views, then multiply the result by 100. This will tell you the percentage.

I also like to look at the number of URL Clicks. The percentage is figured in the same way. Analyze your 10 best performing articles in detail. Study the categories, titles, and summaries. And more importantly, examine the terminology that you used in your resource box. Look for similarities. If you find a common theme or common terminology, write articles using these same winning techniques. That way, you will continually upgrade your marketing statistics.

My best articles achieved a 38% URL click through rate while my worst performing articles received about 1%. That is a huge difference. But, if I never checked that data, I’d have no idea which articles and subjects were performing the best. By focusing my efforts and using terminology similar to that in my best performing articles, I can double or even triple my overall article clicks. So check your statistics often and you will become a much more successful article marketer.
